From ad click to first response, without anyone typing it in.
We run the paid search that brings the lead in and route it straight into your CRM, with automated responses and follow-up timing configured around your business. Nights, weekends, mid-job.
Most businesses lose leads in the gap.
The inquiry arrives, someone has to notice it, type it into the CRM, and send a first response, and that only happens when somebody is available. Nights, weekends and busy days are where leads go cold.
We close that gap by owning both ends. Most agencies hand you leads and leave the follow-up to you. Most automation shops can wire up your systems but cannot fill them. We do both, so there is one system and one point of accountability from the ad to the first response.
What that looks like
- Paid search campaigns that generate inquiries
- Website form and chat inquiries routed directly into your CRM, with no manual entry
- Automated responses and follow-up timing configured around your business
- Tracking from spend to inquiry to CRM record and first response
- Continued automation of the manual work that remains
Two ways to engage
If we run your ads, this sits inside a growth program. If you already have lead flow and just need the intake and first response built, we can wire that as its own engagement.
Case study
Nationwide service business
The situation. The company was running a staffed office with no CRM and no paid acquisition in place. The inquiries that did come in were typed in by hand: staff during the week, the owner on weekends. The first response went out whenever somebody was free.
The problem. Manual entry cost staff hours and owner weekends, but the sharper cost was inconsistency. An inquiry arriving Friday night sat until someone picked it up. That is not fixable by asking people to try harder.
What we built. We did not bolt automation onto a finished shop. We put acquisition, the system of record and the first response in place: paid search generating the inquiries, a CRM to hold them, a cloud business phone system, and the workflows connecting them. Website form and chat inquiries now route directly into the CRM. For this client, an automated welcome email was configured to send within five minutes, including outside business hours.
Results. Manual CRM entry for these lead sources is eliminated. Each covered inquiry routes directly into the CRM and receives a welcome email within five minutes, at any hour. Staff no longer re-enter those leads, and the owner’s weekend entry work ended.
What we do not claim. We do not attribute revenue to this engagement. We measure what the system controls: where inquiries land and how fast the first response goes out. The engagement is ongoing: we are continuing to identify manual work across the business to automate, including its telephone workflows.
We do not publish client names. We will walk through the system and the results on a call.
